Why is Isreal included in European events they are in Asia?

why dont they join in with the Arabian song contest, football leagues etc. the 3 great religions judaism, christianity, islam arose there all teaching brotherly love. the isreal jews are semitic arabs according to the bible they came out o the deserts. their language, music and noses are arabian.
