Is this normal rough housing?

My best friend is always messing with me. We've always rough housed alot. We grew up very close and hes always been bigger and stronger than me. Most of the time we just wrestle around until I tap out. But sometimes if hes worked up or he hasn't been with a girl in a while he gets crazy. Are the things he does normal? Sometimes he holds me down and wraps me up in duct tape to where I cant really move at all and just messes with me for hours. I cant really fight back cause if I do he gets pissed and hits me for real. So I usually just try not to fight back to hard so that he wont get even crazier. He says its not that wierd and that its normal brotherly behavior and that we're like brothers. I mean he always ends up letting me out and hes never really hurt me that bad for real, but do normal guys really rough house that hard?
