What mental illness is this?

Maybe she has paranoia and delusions, which could indicate schizophrenia (which i have),she may just be a difficult person. There is even a mental illness called 'paranoid personality disorder'', which there are websites about, but i know it makes people react angrily to others. The problem is that she probably won't believe she has a mental illness, cos she will think all her ideas are true. If she is ill, medication could make her feel loads better.another thing is she may not have a mental illness but just be such an anxious person that she worries and imagines things. hope this helps.
