My htc desire won't let me do anything! it keeps saing some android.process.acore has stopped, please help!?

my htc desire had been saying it was low on space, so i deleted all my installed apps and cleared some stuff. and now nothing will work, it says every process has shut down and i need to know what to do to fix this. Please help!
