Im 15 , my boyfriends 17 , we have a baby , can i move in with him ?

My boyfriend Trey is 17 , and im 15 , we have a little girl who's a few months old, trey has finished school and hes going to tech here in VA. he's got a trailer out in the country, that's a singlewide. If i was to leave my house with the baby and move in with him would that be ok ? could my parents do anything ? would the police do anything ? if so , what can i do that would allow me to be able to live with him? im stilll going to school and he's gonna take me everyday, don't leave rude remarks about our situation, what's done is done. thanks :)
