I met someone who may be interested in fathering a child with me?

He says he is almost sure he wants to do this, but he wants to be apart of the child's life. Which I am ok with. He blurts out he has a girlfriend but she has kids and want no more. He is 50 and I am 32 . I want to help him with his desire to be a dad and my desire to be a mom. I don't want to ruin a relationship of another person . What should I do. I find him very attractive and kind but I don't want to hurt another person.
