I'm a 22 year old guy and I hang out with my friend's 16 year old sister, is that weird?

As long as both of you know nothing can happen until years down the road. (not saying it will) your fine. It's nice that you guys have that kind of relationship. Most people don't have it. So be cool with it. And who cares what other people think. :)
