Dude, relax! This is your second time seeing her! Take things VERY SLOWLY if you want this to last! You have not been "friend-zoned", and nor have you been labled a brother. Girls just can't decide that within only 2 times alone with you. Seeing that she just barely broke up with her boyfriend after a relationship that long, you're gonna want to wait a bit to ask her out. Just be her friend for a moment and then, if the more your getting to know each other the more you like who the other is, ask her out! As for the whole hand holding/hugging bit you might want to lay off that a bit as well. Girls love to be hugged/held/tickled ect. ect. but really only with guys they know well. Seeing that you barely know her I would suggest going easy on that because it might stunt the growth of your frienship. And the girl might think your a creeper! As for the whole playing with her hair thing, again: I would only let guys I really liked and trusted do that. Now, for the question is she into you: I'd have to say yes!
